Hall opens for members 8:30am. Hall open to public for booking in 9:30 to 11:30am. As many members as possible to be at the Hall by 9 to 10am. Please report to Ken Gould on arrival to be assigned duties. Sale starts 11:30am. Sale finishes 3:00pm. Breaking down from 3:00pm. Food is available all day.
